The Leadership Compass is an association of leadership as well as training and development experts with collectively, more than a century of professional practice in the field of training and development.

As behavioural experts we have combined our individual experience in organisations and, from a “hands-on” perspective, developed an integrated view of the unique development and training challenges of the dawning 21st century.

We also wanted to ensure that the suite of training and development programmes that resulted from this approach would be experienced as unique, value adding and life enriching experiences for our delegates and learners.

The Leadership Compass association includes a broad range of psychologists, human resource practitioners, hands on business experienced facilitators, each with at least ten years’ experience in consulting and business careers. Their approach must be practical, they must have a passion for people, be personally integrated and be examples of what we advocate.

We are sensitive to our clients’ needs and will endeavour to service these needs to exceed expectations. We are flexible in our approach and will tailor what we deliver to meet the needs of individual clients, client organisations and above all, the people whom we take on journeys and for whom we provide assistance and direction.
